At Rumii, we take great care in crafting garments that embody timeless elegance and refined craftsmanship. Each piece is made in limited batches to ensure exclusivity and precision. However, if your order does not meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition (Unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.)
Returns will not be accepted if the item shows any signs of wear, including marks, stains, or alterations. -
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Customized” are non-returnable.
This includes pieces that have been altered or made-to-measure specifically for the customer. -
Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged through any partner stores or pop-ups.

For items purchased in person (if applicable), returns may be accepted in-store within 7 days of purchase, following the same conditions.

In the case of a faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery, attaching your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
An item is considered faulty if it arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect reported within 7 days of receipt.
Any damage reported beyond this period may be considered normal wear and tear. -
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for return.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate your return, please follow these steps:

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Our team will respond with return authorization and shipping details.

Pack your item securely in the original packaging and send it to the address provided.

Once received, we will inspect and confirm eligibility before processing your refund or exchange.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure the safe return of your parcel. Rumii is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Initial delivery charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
4. Inspection and Approval

All returned items undergo a quality inspection to verify eligibility.
We will notify you via email once your return is approved or declined. -
Items that fail to meet return conditions (worn, damaged, or altered) will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
5. Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout

Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

If you request an exchange or store credit, our team will guide you through the process based on product availability.
6. Exclusions

Customized, altered, or made-to-order garments are non-refundable except in cases of verified defect.

Accessories, intimate wear, or promotional items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

International orders (if applicable) are not eligible for exchanges, but returns for refund are accepted if they meet all conditions.
