Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

All in-stock items are processed within 4-5 business days of order confirmation.

For custom or made-to-measure orders, please allow 7 business days for production before dispatch.

Orders are not processed on Saturdays, public holidays, or during special closures announced on our official platforms.
2. Shipping Options and Timelines
2.1 Domestic Shipping (Within Nepal)

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Nepal through trusted courier partners.

Standard delivery typically takes 4–5 business days after dispatch.

Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer depending on courier coverage.
2.2 International Shipping

Currently, international shipping is not available.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

For promotional events or specific campaigns, Rumii may offer complimentary shipping within Nepal - any such offer will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

International orders will include a separate shipping charge depending on region and courier availability.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or message with your tracking details.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status on the courier’s website.

5. Delivery and Responsibility

Please ensure all shipping details (name, address, phone number) are correct at checkout. Rumii will not be responsible for delayed or undelivered parcels due to incorrect information.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please contact the courier directly to reschedule.

In case of lost or damaged parcels, please notify Rumii within 48 hours of expected delivery. Our team will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
6. Order Modifications or Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Once your order enters the processing phase, it cannot be altered or canceled.

For pre-order or made-to-order garments, cancellations after confirmation are not permitted due to production commitments.
